Travel Agency Business License
Issued by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism
A privately owned, government-licensed inbound tour operator. The name 和易 pairs harmony with ease — that's the standard.
We started as the on-the-ground operator behind other agencies' itineraries. Now we're opening that same standard directly to individual travelers.
In 2020, we launched HeartEase (Heyi) — an international brand built to welcome foreign travelers to Jiangxi.
Months later, the borders closed.
Across the province, travel agencies folded. Phones stopped ringing. Years of work disappeared overnight.
We're still here.
Not because we got lucky. And not because anyone bailed us out. We're privately owned — no state backing, no parent conglomerate, no safety net. When the work disappeared, no one was going to save us but us.
The company underneath HeartEase — Jiangxi Shenzhou International Travel Agency, founded in 2002 for Chinese domestic tours — had spent eighteen years building something a closed border couldn't erase: relationships with people who knew, by experience, exactly what kind of work we did.
When travel returned, so did they. In August 2025, the Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism published its official ranking of the city's travel agencies by inbound tourist reception volume.
Jiangxi HeartEase was #1.
A ranking is just a number. What it actually means is this: a private, independent agency — without institutional backing — outperformed every other inbound operator in the city. Twenty-four years of doing what we said we'd do are what made it possible.
Now we're opening that same standard directly to individual travelers.
Same guides. Same relationships. Same refusal to cut corners.
Just a new way in.
Four working promises to every traveler — and the day-to-day baseline our guides, drivers and ops planners work to.
Our itineraries describe real conditions: weather windows, road conditions and seasonal differences, so you know what to expect before you go.
The guide named on your booking leads your trip; if a change is ever needed, we confirm it with you in advance.
Drivers, guides and family-run partners are paid in full and on time — lasting relationships are what keep the work good.
No shopping stops; optional extras are explained up front and genuinely optional.
Seven operating lines, all run in-house. We don't whitelabel other agencies' tours and we don't subcontract operations to OTAs. See all services →
